These Terms govern access to and use of digital services and applications operated by WaleAgro Services Nigeria Limited (“WaleAgro”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including applications integrated with Meta platforms.
1. Purpose
WaleAgro operates technology systems supporting agricultural research, business development, creator research, market intelligence and related commercial activities.
2. Authorized use
Users must use WaleAgro services only for lawful and authorized purposes and must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service security, misuse credentials or tokens, or violate applicable third-party platform terms.
3. Meta and third-party services
Certain functionality depends on Meta or other third-party services. WaleAgro does not control the availability or policies of those platforms. Use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
4. Creator Discovery information
Where WaleAgro uses Meta Creator Discovery or similar services, creator information is used for legitimate research, evaluation, partnership and business-development purposes. Availability and accuracy may depend on information supplied by Meta or the relevant platform.
5. Intellectual property
WaleAgro’s software, branding, documentation, processes and original content remain the property of WaleAgro or the applicable rights holder.
6. Privacy

7. Data deletion
Instructions for applicable deletion requests are available on our Data Deletion page.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, business, legal or platform-compliance reasons.
9. Disclaimer
WaleAgro aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party information will always be accurate, complete or current. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of investment returns.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WaleAgro will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from third-party platform changes, interruptions or unauthorized misuse of the services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published here with an updated effective date.
