Data Deletion Instructions
WaleAgro Services Nigeria Limited respects requests concerning information processed through our applications and authorized Meta integrations.
How to request deletion
Email info@waleagroservices.org with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include enough information for us to reasonably identify the relevant records, such as your name, relevant Facebook Page/profile name, username or account identifier, and a short description of the information you want deleted.
What happens next
We will review the request and may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant records or verify the request. Where deletion is applicable, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information from systems under our control, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security or legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Revoking Meta access
If you authorized a WaleAgro application through Facebook or another Meta service, you may also remove the relevant integration from your Meta account or business settings. Revoking access stops future access under that authorization but may not automatically delete previously stored information. Use the deletion process above for stored data.
