WaleAgro Services Nigeria Limited (“WaleAgro”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals whose information may be processed through our websites, internal business systems and applications, including WaleAgro AI Assistant and related creator-intelligence tools.
1. Information we may process
Depending on the service being used, we may process information made available through Meta APIs, Meta business integrations and other authorized sources, including:
- Facebook Page identifiers and Page information;
- creator identifiers, usernames, aliases and profile information;
- creator biographies, categories, content and other information made available by Meta;
- creator audience, engagement, reach, view or performance information made available by Meta;
- business-asset information required to identify and authorize WaleAgro’s Meta assets;
- authentication and authorization information necessary to operate permitted integrations; and
- technical information required to secure, operate and troubleshoot our systems.
WaleAgro does not intentionally collect Facebook passwords through Meta APIs.
2. How we use information
- discovering and evaluating eligible creators relevant to WaleAgro;
- internal creator, partnership and market research;
- organizing creator information in WaleAgro-controlled creator-intelligence systems;
- evaluating relevance to agriculture, agribusiness, productive land, investment education and related business themes;
- improving business-development, research and operational processes;
- maintaining the security and reliability of our applications; and
- complying with legal, regulatory and platform requirements.
3. Meta Platform Data
Where WaleAgro receives information through Meta APIs or Meta business integrations, we process that information only for authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms and developer policies.
Information obtained through Facebook Creator Discovery is used for WaleAgro’s internal creator research and evaluation workflows.
4. Storage and security
Information may be stored in WaleAgro-controlled databases and systems used for legitimate business operations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect data, credentials, tokens and application secrets from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.
5. Sharing
WaleAgro does not sell Meta Platform Data or personal information obtained through our authorized platform integrations.
Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with service providers supporting our infrastructure, to comply with law or valid legal process, to investigate security incidents or misuse, to protect legal rights and safety, or where otherwise permitted by applicable platform terms.
6. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, legitimate business requirements, legal obligations or applicable platform requirements. Information no longer reasonably required may be deleted, anonymized or removed from active systems.

8. Third-party platforms
WaleAgro applications may interact with Meta and other third-party platforms. Those platforms process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, legal obligations or platform requirements change. The latest version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.
